The service at this hotel was excellent. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. the location couldn't be beat. It was conveniently located near major landmarks and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city.

The hotel was incredibly clean and had excellent facilities. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and next to the famous Galleria. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing fast service for any request. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions. We could easily walk to the famous Galleria and the Duomo within minutes. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautifully decorated bathroom. The staff were professional and welcoming, making our stay more enjoyable. We also had a delicious meal at the bar restaurant, with friendly and attentive service.

Some of the waiting staff in the bar and breakfast room seemed more interested in their own conversations than attending to the guests.
