The service at this hotel was excellent. The staff were really nice too make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. the location couldn't be beat. It was conveniently located near major landmarks and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city.

Some of the waiting staff in the bar and breakfast room seemed more interested in their own conversations than attending to the guests.

I had an fantastic stay at a charming, historic hotel in an convenient location. The Galleria and Duomo were literally a stone's throw away, making it so easy to explore the city. The staff were really good, providing great service with efficient check-in and friendly assistance throughout our stay. Not to mention, the bar restaurant was a good surprise, with delicious food and a fantastic staff. The room, although a bit dated, was still comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this lovely historic hotel for its unbeatable location and warm hospitality.
